“Madrid has a cable car?” That’s what we heard from a Spaniard who had been living in the city for years. Yes, it does, and it’s by far the most amazing way to reach Casa de Campo, the largest public park in Madrid.

For just €6, you can take a round trip from Argüelles to the park. The ride takes about 10 minutes and offers stunning views of Madrid. Casa de Campo is the perfect place to spend an afternoon, especially with kids.

The cable car operates from 11 AM to 6 PM on weekends and certain days, depending on weather conditions. To be sure, it’s best to check the official page.
